Notel Platform and Application

1. Privacy Policy

Notel is committed to protecting user privacy and safeguarding personal data.

• Only the information necessary to operate and improve the platform is collected
• Personal data is not sold or shared with third parties without user consent, unless required by law
• Appropriate technical and organizational measures are implemented to protect data from unauthorized access
• Users have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of their personal data
• Users may request account and data deletion through official support channels

2. Content Policy

All content uploaded or shared through Notel must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Illegal or unlawful content
• Content that infringes intellectual property rights
• Pirated, stolen, or unauthorized materials
• Content that causes harm or violates public order or ethical standards

Content providers bear full legal responsibility for the content they upload or distribute through the platform.

3. Misuse Policy

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Circumventing or attempting to bypass security measures or technical restrictions
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the platform
• Using unauthorized tools or methods to copy, record, or capture content
• Engaging in any activity that violates laws or harms the platform or its users

Notel reserves the right to take appropriate action, including account suspension or termination, without prior notice.

4. Refund Policy

• All subscriptions and digital services provided through Notel are non-refundable
• Any exceptions are subject to the content provider’s policies or the applicable payment platform’s rules
• In-app payments are governed by the policies of the payment service provider

5. Cancellation Policy

Subscriptions on Notel are for access to platform features and services only, and are not tied to any specific content or content provider.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through the applicable platform (such as Apple App Store or other payment providers).

Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Users will continue to have full access to all platform features until the subscription period expires.

No partial refunds or prorated reimbursements will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period.

Deleting the application or user account does not automatically cancel an active subscription. Users are solely responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions through the original payment provider.

Since content on Notel is provided freely by content providers, subscription fees are not allocated to or dependent on any specific content, and no compensation or refund shall be claimed based on content availability.

Notel shall not be held responsible for any dissatisfaction related to content, as the subscription is solely for access to the platform’s features and environment.

6. Account Termination Policy

Notel reserves the right to:

• Suspend or terminate any account that violates these policies or the Terms & Conditions
• Restrict or revoke access to content in cases of misuse
• Cooperate with legal authorities when required

No refunds shall be issued following account termination.

7. Legal Disclaimer

• Notel is a technology platform for managing and accessing digital content
• Notel does not provide educational content or certifications
• Notel is not responsible for the accuracy or outcomes of content usage
• Use of the platform is at the user’s own risk
